PRIVACY POLICY – Australian Privacy Principle
Cinta Mama Lactation is committed to providing quality lactation consultation for its clients. We recognise the importance of ensuring that our clients (mothers, babies, and families) are fully informed and involved in their lactation care.
We are bound by the Australian Privacy Principles. These principles set the standards for the way we handle personal information collected from the clients we support. As every client is aware, it is necessary for us to maintain the files pertaining to your lactation care information.
These files contain the following information:
- Personal details.
- Notes, details, and records of management made during lactation consultation.
- Referral to/from other health professionals as needed.
Your lactation care files are handled with the utmost respect for your privacy. The files will be accessed by Lactation Consultant in Cinta Mama Lactation, and where necessary for the admin to handle your files to address administrative requirements as receiving lactation care. Our admin is bound by strict confidentiality requirements.
At times, it may be necessary to allow external organisations to access Cinta Mama Lactation practice files and possibly to view the lactation care records. They will be aware of the need to preserve the requirements of the Privacy Act.
Ordinary, we will not release the contents of your lactation care file without your consent. However, we advise that there may be occasions when we will be required to release details. For example, where the law requires it, such as subpoenas.
We advise that as a client of Cinta Mama Lactation, you have the right to access any information we have concerning you.

FEE POLICY
APPLICABLE FEES
To be paid for the entirety of the Lactation Consultation Session, to Inggita Shintowati IBCLC.
Client’s Consultation Fee is based on the client’s total consultation time duration* on appointment day.
The Fee List on booking covers a session with duration of client’s choice: up to 30 minutes, or 60 minutes, or 90-100 minutes of consultation. The fee is to be paid by the client during online booking process to secure an appointment.
Depending on the client’s needs during their session, sometimes their total consultation time may vary, and at times may exceed the time they had scheduled. Additional time during the session may incur an overtime fee* and be charged after the end of the session. Overtime fees may be waived on occasion, with the discretion rights reserved by the consultant.
As a client of Cinta Mama Lactation, you have the right to read, understand, and be fully informed of the information in FEE POLICY and how this will apply to your consultation fees. You are welcome to contact us should you have any questions to assist you understand.
As you conclude your consultation session at appointment day, you (as a client) have the responsibility to fulfil and settle the remaining balance within the due time stated in your invoice/receipt (when the remaining balance is applied according to your total duration of consultation time on the day). All details will be provided in the invoice, and payable during or after your consultation session via PayID or bank transfer to Cinta Mama Lactation’s account.
DURATION* OF CONSULTATION AND FEES
The Fee List (paid during online booking to secure the appointment) covers a session with duration of client’s choice: up to 30 minutes, or 60 minutes, or 90-100 minutes of consultation.
Your Consultation Fee is based on your total consultation time duration* on appointment day.

*Overtime Fee: $50 / 15 minutes.
RESCHEDULE AND CANCELLATION
RESCHEDULE:
If you would like to reschedule your appointment, please contact us via email at least 72 hours prior to your original appointment.
CANCELLATION:
We are happy to provide a Full Refund for any cancellation request made via email at least 48 hours prior to your original appointment. Otherwise, a cancellation fee of $100 applies.
When Cinta Mama Lactation cancels the appointment, a Full Refund will be sent to the client and the client will be notified via email.
TRAVEL FEE
Cinta Mama Lactation’s home visits main coverage area is within Inner West / Canterbury NSW and surrounding. There is no travel fee for location within 10km radius of Dulwich Hill NSW.
I do travel outside of main coverage area for home visits. To check your location and availability, please send a WhatsApp message to +61 421 598 483 or a message to the details here before making your booking.
An additional travel fee will be charged $20 for every 10km radius away from the main coverage area. This will be stated in your invoice, and payable during or after your home visit appointment via PayID or bank transfer.

INQUIRY
Should you, at any time, have an inquiry or a complaint in relation to the policy of Cinta Mama Lactation practice, they should be made in writing, addressed to [email protected], marked “Private and Confidential”, and it will be attended to as soon as possible.
