Congratulations!!

It is a meaningful moment of life transition: from your pregnancy to giving birth to nurturing your baby. Many mothers often find helpful support from other mothers who have been successfully breastfeeding. I understand that every mother-and-baby 'dyad' is unique, and sometimes a helping hand is needed.

If you wish for more support and assistance navigating your breastfeeding journey, I am here to help you.

My aim is to support your baby, you, and your family in your breastfeeding journey.

I offer a range of lactation consultation services to care for your baby and you, in a comfortable space of your choice - so you can focus on your baby and yourself.

Your First Session

Knowing more about what happens after your booking and during your initial/first consultation session can be helpful.

The aim is to offer guidance and support, to help you navigate your breastfeeding journey, and to be with you and your baby as you work towards your personal breastfeeding goals.

Here are the details about what you can expect from your consultation session, and how you can prepare:

1. After payment has been made and your booking has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. You will find registration forms attached to the email, which are to be completed before the day of your appointment.

2. The length of your first appointment (both Home and Clinic Visit) is around 90 minutes**. Having your list of notes ready before the appointment can be helpful to make sure every point is talked through.

3. During your appointment, we will do:

History Taking

Discussing the history of you and your baby since pregnancy, birth experience, and breastfeeding journey up to the date of appointment.

Assessment

Assessing baby's oral anatomy and tongue function, in relation to breastfeeding.

Observe

Observing you and your baby together during breastfeeding; and provide suggestions and/or adjustments as needed.

Support

Discussing with you (and, with your consent, your support person) ways to support you and your baby, and options to help and manage your breastfeeding challenges.

The need for follow-up will depend on each individual situation and will be discussed at the end of appointment.

Please select the service below that suits your needs.

Short Discussion Consultation

Short Discussion Consultation (30+mins).

Via Phone Call/Chat.

If you have some breastfeeding questions and feel it may not need a 60-minute consultation session, you can book this session.

The discussion call will be on your booking day between 10 am - 4 pm.

Ideally, this session works best for clients who had their first/initial breastfeeding consultation with me. By having your breastfeeding history context, we can straightaway work through your concerns (instead of taking a portion of the time to explore your current situation before addressing your questions).

You are welcome to book a discussion call even if you have not had your initial consultation visit, and we can determine the need for a thorough face-to-face session.

Contact us if you need immediate consultation / availability, we aim to get back to you soon.

If this is your first contact and you need an extended and thorough consultation, please book an Initial Consultation Session.
